She did not share specific details but thanked fans for their understanding and support. Last month, Dolly also revealed she had dealt with a kidney stone and infection, which caused her to miss a Dollywood event.<\/p>\n<p>The concern was heightened by what has already been a difficult year for Dolly, following the passing of her husband of nearly 60 years, Carl Dean, in March.After fans began worrying, Freida issued a follow-up post to calm fears.
