Underwood, 33 years old, was crossing the street near the intersection of Pitkin Avenue and Mother Gaston Boulevard in the Brownsville neighborhood just before 7:00 a.m. when a vehicle traveling west struck her. Disturbing reports indicate she was dragged for nearly two blocks underneath the car before the driver fled the scene. Emergency responders pronounced her dead at the scene from severe trauma.
Kianna first rose to fame as a child actress on Nickelodeonโs sketch comedy series โAll That,โ appearing in its 2005 season, and also had roles on โLittle Billโ and other projects in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Her early work brought joy to countless young fans and marked the start of a promising career in entertainment.
